MySecretFolder -
утилита для защиты данных. Программа загружает драйвер, который и
следит за всеми обращениями к защищенной папке. Можно скрывать папку
полностью, а можно оставлять ее видимой, но при нажатии на нее будет
выдан запрос на ввод пароля. Достоинствами программы являются малый
размер и простота пользования.
Позволяет скрыть от посторонних сам
факт нахождения на жестком диске одной или нескольких папок. Работает
как на FAT/FAT32, так и на NTFS, включая сетевые диски, скрывая
защищенные папки как от Проводника, так и от любых других windows- и
dos-программ. MySecretFolder offers many ways of customizing its operation to suit your preferences:

You can enable the stealth mode of operation to prevent other users
from detecting the presence of MySecretFolder on your computer;
* You can set up a hot key to run the commands of MySecretFolder and quickly protect or unprotect your secret folder.

You can configure MySecretFolder to display a taskbar icon for quick
access to your secret folder, as well as as to serve as an indicator of
the status of its protection.
* You can make MySecretFolder to display a custom password prompt, with the text of your choice.

In addition to protecting your secret folder, MySecretFolder can also
prevent access to the Registry Editor and System Configuration Utility,
to stop other users from disabling MySecretFolder.
* You can set up
MySecretFolder to clean up the system list of the most recently used
programs and documents from the traces of the files located in your
secret folder, so that other users would not be able to detect the
presence of your secret folder.
What if I forget my password?
No
problem: If you forget your password, or if some other problem occurs,
simply run the Emergency Recovery Utility, and it will unprotect your
personal folder for you. (To prevent this utility from being used by
the unauthorized users, you will need to enter your license key into it
first, before it would let you remove the protection from your secret
folder. If you have not purchased your license yet, press the Purchase

Changes in Version 4.31:

The Forgot your password link has been added to the password prompts,
make it easier to start the Emergency Recovery procedure in case you
forget your password.
- A minor problem has been corrected that
prevented the stealth mode from being fully enabled on the computers
